My stay at the hotel was a mix of pleasant and disappointing experiences. The rooms were comfortable and smelled great, with the bonus of a helpful check-in by Tatiana, but there were cleanliness issues like dark spots on the sheets. The service was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, but the cleanliness of the room upon arrival was not satisfactory. The location was convenient for our travel route and provided easy access to restaurants, although the room could have been cleaner. The dining experience was good, with delicious food, and the facilities were nice with a bright dining room. Price was reasonable overall, despite some cleanliness issues.

Tatiana, who checked us in, was so helpful, guiding us to a great restaurant and making sure we had everything we needed in the room. The modern design of the rooms, as well as the dining and lobby areas, added to the comfortable atmosphere. However, I wished there were more coffee options and more TV channels available.
